How has the sound changed after this airbox and filter compared to thea filtered stacks?

it's hard to describe exactly but the sound is muffled like a trumpet under a blanket. It still has a nice growl though so I'm not dissatisfied. For a daily this is a 100% a must. I think the apex'i filter is an important factor in this observation. I am considering playing around with spacer plates inside the box both for structural integrity and to fine tune the trumpet length to see if I can retrieve some more of the sound and low end power (even though it's acceptable as it is now)
