Custom intake manifold (4AGE).. Measurements?

Just use a intake manifold gasket, all the measurements of the flange that you need are right there..much easier done on the kitchen table then mucking about with the actual intake or head.

Intake volume is a difficult one..If you are not in the oportunity to first make variable volume plenum chamber and test what volume gives the desired intake pulse timing, then your best bet is going as large as possible. Usually space runs out before you actually get problems with throttleresponse etc.

Is this for an NA engine? If so then you'll really see only marginal effects, original plenum really isn't that bad and flows quite adequately..Its only when you start pumping really large volumes that you start noticing some differences.
