AFM slower than no AFM 4A-GE ?

If that's the point that US version has a 9,4:1 compression instead of my version that has 10:1 is it not possible that this makes the difference in response on acceleration of the car too ? Logically with lower compression the power is lowered that's why it has maybe only 85kw instead of 91 + the other things that was mentioned.
One thing that i dont get much is why is there the O2 sensor and what is the EGR. Is somewhere some manual how to get rid of the things ? Maybe that would help the car get better Tongue
