Then I would go for a good stand alone one so you can always change the ECU on demand as you upgrade/change you engine. Allthough I do not know the extent of work Ron has put into the stock ECU reprogramming. Might have to talk with him about it because if we could wip up some software to make the reprogrammed stock ECU accessible through some software... His solution involves having downloaded the stock ECU programming onto a laptop or PC, changing the software so certain input singles work differently and then uploading it into an EPROM so all you really need is one of those boxes to reload EPROMS and some software to tweak the maps I guess (not an expert in this).
