Where to buy bigger and better brakes?

Thanks Skassa for the perfect example. I've had the same experience with the brakes on the volvo..We were driving the entire day, outbraking everything around us and just sending the car back onto the track after a short driver change..The stock brakes were not just acting well, they were doing rather phenomenally!
Then I got onto a v360 tuning forum and I suddenly found out that the stock volvo brakes wouldn't hold up for even a single lap on a circuit..Stupid me thinking Zandvoort was a circuit..must have been a swimming pool or something.. I tried to explain this to these people, but they just wouldn't listen..I still find that very strange..they almost seem to want to find problems to throw large amounts of money at.

Dunno..maybe it has something to do with mechanical empathy..I drive like an idiot, but have yet to ruin a diff or brake system. Guess its down to a large part of knowing exactly when and how to drive agressively and how everything affects the mechanical bits.
