7AGZE in AE86
Just received back my engine have been getting built last few months. 7A block, bored and decked, oil cooler jets fitted, 81.5mm forged 4AGZE Arias pistons, pauter forged rods, TOGA bearings, HV oil pump, ARP bolts, HKS head gasket, big port 4AGZE polished & ported head with NA cams.
Thinking of using big port NA inlet manifold and throttle body! No ABV. Anyone ever fitted a sc14 to a 4AGZE/7AGZE, was looking at them today and shaft that pulley fits to is longer on sc14 so clutch won't fit properly into electromagnetic clutch. Was wanting to run the AE92 small pulley form the sc12 on the sc14. Heard sleeves need to be machined on a lathe to fit this? So that belt teeth line up with crank pulley & water pump. Does bottom sc bracket from 4AGZE fit? Running AE92 4AGZE MAP JDM ecu with HKS F-CON & GCC. Was thinking of E-Manage from GReedy eventually. Similar set up to guy Rollapat of other Toyota forums. He is getting near on 250bhp. Listen to the whine. Not just a carbon copy. |
