Hey,
I have done some tests. I still have a set of CAT CAMS 256 262 8.5 and 9 mm lift. Standard head with tvis. The engine gets very slow in lower rpm. And spunky in everything above 4200rpm. Now if you check this : http://www.aeu86.org/viewtopic/ron-helle...-nl/t/3612 Ron has a build an engine with 180+ bhp. You will need ITB to maintain some torgue in lower rpm range. He has red top injectors. (250CC) and camshafts with 9+ mm lift. He has a valvetrain kit in it. If you really want big power the intake and exhaust are very important and most headers are crap. So you will need alot of money to make it able to reach 160 hp. But once there the option to 180 or 190 hp is less expensive.
