On my daily-driver 86 all of the rev problems i had (and believe me they weren't that few) were all fixed by replacing some part of the t-vis.
It may also be distributor/igniter faulty... Try to check the vaccum tank (its a black plastic small tank just below the intake manifold), see if the air is blown only one-way. (You can do this by blowing with your mouth directly through it). If not replace and check the little relay next to it for continuity as shown on the manual. Check all tubes flowing from the t-vis to the varied sensors around. Sorry if i cant help more... |
