FAAAST and URGENT ANSWER!

Take and put wheel from another toyota, with the writings - AIRBAG and TOYOTA on it. Your mum (unless) she is engineer or mechanic will be happy even to pay for the airbag system you found for the car.

Alternatively let her buy you some economical-ecological-airbag-car, drive it w/o accidents, sell it after an year and buy turbo for the AE86.
