to mod san andreas, try this tool

should be easy to use..

There is another much better tool but i forgot the name Sad

it was made just like Kazaa, but you could only search for GTA Mods, Cars and Maps, and directly install them by double clicking from the huge list.

If somebody remembers that tool, please post. Wink
