Laptiming is scary on the ring... Calavera has much more feeling for racing then me, this lap was his first time that he drove my GTI. And it was in heavy traffic and almost standard car. With crappy suspension etc.
8:45 is for the people who live there every weekend, know the car inside out and have done some serious money investments to the car. Maybe in this context it's a bit useless to name the time, but i think its really nice for a car you don't know. GTI16 is long gone btw, it's a nice engine but the rest of the car is crappy engineering. Besides, what is you're fastest lap then?  Anyway, T1-R stays much bang for buck, maybe they don't live that long, but the price is also much lower comparing to other tires. |
