Technotoytuning sell a manifold adapter, the vacuum issue is usually solved by running tubes from every runner into a single vacuum buffer (reservoir), and run the brake booster and map sensor from that. Check Ian's s2000 hachi project thread for the vacuum reservoir thingy and setup.
