I use 6 kg/mm front springs and 5,1 kg/mm. With adjustable shocks this is rather comfy! They could be a bit stiffer on a track but its not too bad.
Right now I havent got adjustable shocks in front, but I can adjust the balance of the car on the rear shock. Full shoft it understeers just bit when provoked (Normal road driven you don't feel it) and full hard it will oversteer. With the proper setup - tirepressure, camber, toe and so on it can drift as well as grip.
