I actually just discussed this with a fellow Toyota-enthsiast who's building a gr.F AE92 and he suspected that it may be possible that late-model 4A-FE engines could have a 42mm rod bearing and a 18mm interference-fit piston pin. I have absolutely no experience with 4A-FE engines so I can't say anything one way or the other. Anyone know more?
