1986 Corolla SR5 S2k Build.... MIami style
Wassup Folks...
Me and my father in law has beeen working on this project... he bought the car about 6months ago... just shell. From there we slowly got S2k parts... -Motor is a 2006... we knew it was drive by wire > SOoo i thought all that was needed was a TB... NO. NO NO.. LOL We had to change the complete mani + TB, valve cover + cam sensors,04 engine harness+ ecu, crank sensor + crank teeth sensor > we went over all to a 2004 !! -Trans is a > 2005 > Stock clutch for now.. - 2 peice drive shaft - GTS gas tank - wire tuck - Stock S2k ecu 04 -3 inch exhaust + Vibrant tip -JSP engine Mount kit : ) -Radiator got Custom fitted + water necks turned by CAKES FAB !! We are also running a S2k cluster.. + s2k dash harness........ : ) wiring has been a mish but almost done... Car starts now .... just have 3 bugs to get rid of.... Steering spline "extended" OIL pan ... cut n welded cause it was touching > Subframe !! Subfram... cut and welded !! Test fit..... did this like 6 times !! .. just to make sure we had enough clearance in the tunnel of the tranny... Strip down and cover a few holes... then PAINT !!! 3 Inch FTW... Griffin Rad... With Custom work done to it by CAKES FAB !! !! DOG POWER !! |

is that a std. rear axle? you might want to change that for something stronger

meh, the t series??? can last well if looked after. and lsd choice is important. josh young ran a tseries behind his turbo 4age for i think 3 drift seasons and it never broke.
but driving style has a lot to do with longevity looks great man, how much did you have to space the crossmember down to fit it all in? clutch kick, switch, tree .... oowwww |
