light or 2 on dash

over the last few days, every time i turn the lights on a light will come on saying rear lights, but i can see ine next to it that says front lights and that stays on, checked my bulbs and all come on also my indicator on the driver side is clicking faster, not sure why

also over about 60 the engine sign will come on

any ideas folks as i know naff all about these cars and ive not beeen able to find a decent haynes or the like to read from

AFAIK the 'rear lights' warning sign is JDM only. Most probably you got a leak or short in your circuit and it detects that.

The indicator is clicking faster if it has more current, so most probably one of the three indicator bulbs is dead.
