86mm piston wizards...
Heya people, wondering if anyone has a tip on 86mm pistons to suit a 1uzfe. Long story but before I get some pistons custom made, thought I would extend the question Smile

Cheers lads

A touch higher is fine but nothing over 11to1.

I think the problem here is that the 1UZ-FE has a stock bore size
of 87.5mm and the OP is looking for stock 86.0mm pistons from some
other engine series that he could use in a 1UZ-FE that has been sleeved
down to 86.0mm bore size.

Undersized pistons are not in big demand Smile

I see now things make sense. Have a look at SR20 pistons, they come in all varieties and the common DE engine has a CR of 9.5 Pin diameter is around 22mm so should fit too. Just check that the compression height isn't too far off.

1UZ small end bushing is the same P/N as a 3S-GE engine from '97 onwards(SW20, ST21# and SXE10) and a 3S bore is 86mm.
