AE86 front end conversion Levin -> Trueno Electronics.

Goodday everyone,

I am planning on converting my black kouki hatchback Levin to a hatchback panda Trueno. (zenki edition)

Only the front-end parts need to be replaced.

I did some research and I found out I need:

- Trueno fenders
- Trueno Hood (fiberglass)
- Trueno bumper (jdm zenki)
- Trueno grills
- Trueno logo[img]
- Trueno pop-up headlights-
- Trueno fender lights.
- Trueno headlight switch

Thats as far as the external parts go. The internal parts however are a different story. I don't know what internal parts I need to get evertything working and what internal parts I can keep.

Can anyone help me out with this?

The cheapest option would be to find someone in the USA, Canada or Ireland (they import Truenos but they like the Levin more) who wants to swap with you. That would still leave out the electronics as those are probably not included in the swap.
The USDM wiring schema would give you a clue which parts you need:

But from the top of my head, next to the headlight switch you need the Retract Control Relay to hook up the switch and high-beam inputs to flip up the headlights. There is a high chance a similar relay can be found in a first generation MX-5 or 323F.
