you are doing a good job of this
but why do you guys change the rubber joints in the 4 link rear end with nolathane bushes ,all this does is lock up the rear end and stops it from working in a arc like it should .as even in my race car i still use rubber at the back |

The urethane joints should have enough give IMO, it's rose-joints (heim joints) that lock up the rear ends on these and prevents them from articulating correctly.
Although roll center/ride height, spring rates and sway-bars also affect whether there will be bind or not. Andrew |

well andrew take your car to the track and race it around with the nolathane and then tell me ,,actually rose joints give a better arc of movement than nolathane does
most of the old group c race cars used rubber 4 link rear ends and also had rose joints link arm along side the originals |

Celica RA45, its a matter of what you prefer.
You seem to prefer rubber where most people go to Urethane simply because its a bit stiffer not as hard as a ball joint. I have driven both and I really liked the Urethane ones. I agree that using the stiff balljoints messes up the traction. if its for a race car on dot race tyres like re55 ao50 etc ,the rubber bushes win every time
on full on race cars with slicks ,rod ends or rose joints win every time on tight twisty tracks rubber is better for traction out of corners nolathane is ok for boy racers or ricing up cars |

I was told to update, so....
Because I have a different engine in my car all the hoses won't fit anymore. To solve this I to have some hoses made. This is possible but you have to make moulds for them, which I did. It looks easy but it quite a bit of work to get them right. A beginning: And finished items. These get sent to SFS and then after a few weeks you get this: Pretty nice huh. The battery holder is done: |

Then one of the last major parts was to be made.
We start with a box full of this: And then we go about making the already modified (see previous updates) exhaust manifold a bit bigger: |

Also the radiator shroud was finished:
And I got me a nice radio with old school look: It was not working properly due to a broken track on the printboard. With the help from a great guy from New Sealand I found out where the problem was and fixed it!: |
