Bad vibrations /resonance starts at 5000 rpm

Hi all,
The car has vibrations/resonance that starts at 5000 rpm during acceleration and also deceleration.
I checked all (exhaust line, exhaust manifold, components) but no issue.
I was thinking of my TODA flywheel and exedy clutch but TODA says that the kit is balanced.
Please someone to help me.

a friends Toda flywheel was close... but it used a tiny bit of balancing....




the pressure plate(Toyota OEM part), on the other hand, was WAAAY out......

Just to have a bit more info are the vibrations the same regardless of which gear you're in?

a friends Toda flywheel was close... but it used a tiny bit of balancing....

You think that the problem is my pressure plate ?

If it happens as well with the clutch pressed it's a safe bet regarding flywheel/pressure plate

I didn't try with the clutch pedal pressed. Good idea.

Thanks for your help. I just found the problem.
The fu*$#*@ vibration came from a small broken piece of metal from the end of my exhaust line.
