Big wheel problems

Hello people,

After studying my car a bit, I came to the conclusion that it is indeed the lip that is rubbing against my wheels. I'm thinking of moving my lip 1cm more to back. Should that fix my problem?

As for my bumper, I can't tell if its mounted incorrectly.
I'll also check on the offset as soon as I'm able to.
I made some pictures which I have added below. Maybe these will show any possible wear-marks of where its been hitting my car or marks on the tire.

Based on the distance between the rear wheel and the fender I doubt it (if the width and offset is the same front/ rear)
I used to have 8" ET0 with 195/50R15, and they where flush with the stock rear fender .

gh0st, do you have camber plate ? if so, did you check your camber ?
Also, are your lower control arms stock ?

I made a picture of my camber and my control arm, which I have added below. What can you me about those parts, based on what you see on the picture?
