We did that on the S13 and worked well (done exactly like in the picture, with metal bounds)... On a Hachi you dont need that (obviously) because it has a stiff back axle... so...  I didn't notice any progress...

it's been quite a while now...
today I came to this forum by pure chance... I was looking at some pics on the net and there was a link to my old aeu86.org...  a lot has happened in the last year... and some... Obviously, I had to sel my Hachi... hard times... but I am not said (at least not for my car) because my red legend is given a new life... as a propper racing car...
