Did you fill them up with new grease before MOTing it? It can help to minimize the play, atleast to get it through MOT...

Luckely its not the hardest thing to fix. Is it the only thing they didn't like?
They had more than 1 mm play ABOVE Toyota spec's. So it's a HUGE play...

Grease can't fix that up.
And besides, you can't check a ball-joint in the back garden Smile
We didn't know it had play, so it doesn't matter that it failed on that part.

it's quite easy to replace it, just fingers crossed that the bolts don't break Smile

When the next check is. i don't know.
I first need to know how long it's gonna take to find and order the lower arms (it's in one piece Sad), i've allready got the numbers.

This time it costed me 127 euros, the next check is unknown...

If you can't find them - the old ones can be repaired. Not recomended, but if this is the only hope left...

What a shame...

Hope you get it finished in time. You have 4 weeks to plan a next meeting.
It cost you 25 euro...

Succes the next time... Thumbs up!
