European AE86?
Is this one? It has 3 point seat belts in the rear, it has a sohc motor either a 4ac or a 3ac it doesnt say on the valve cover. Also has sidemarkers on the front fenders, some huge flares, side skirts, weird rear hatch spoiler on the top and usdm style bumpers. Where the usdm bumpers offered there? Im wondering about this car because Im thinking of pulling some more parts off of it. I think it just might be someones GTS swap cause it had a lsd rear end and a GTS guage cluster. But after seeing the 3 point rear seat belts it made me wonder haha.

Oh that poor hachi....
The AE86 was never sold with anything except the 4A-GE here in Europe and no USDM stuff at all. |

I'm affraid you're Wrong Widar, there are a few 86s with 4AC but they are very rare...
BTW we only got the 86 with fixed head lights Sarcasme is just one of the things I offer Daily driver: '92 Toyota Carina E GTI Rebuilt project: '86 Levin hatch |

interesting, I would love to learn more about the differences between our cars. Im sure you know alot of information from club4ag about the usdm ones. But if you guys would like I have pictures of our other corollas we have owned in the past that I can post pictures of. Most of them were sr5's. SOHC different bell housings, bumpers, interior etc.

I think it's just a SR5 that's been fixed extremely poorly... Poor thing.

Every day you learn new misstakes. I'm not quite sure about differences between US and Euro-spec, but I guess it is mainly bumpers... And your cars are better equiped than danish 86s: no power steering, no A/C, no power windows and so on... It might be different in the rest of Europe, since we pay 180% tax on cars and that kind of stuff would have made it too costly Sarcasme is just one of the things I offer Daily driver: '92 Toyota Carina E GTI Rebuilt project: '86 Levin hatch |

Something tells me that thing is not ready to die just yet...the whole weird boro look of it gives it something unique..shame about that weird lump in there though...I dont even recognise it as a toyota engine..
