Exedy 'S New Metal' Racing Clutch Kit Toyota 4AGE AE86,

I have a AE86 pictured here:

It makes about 190 Dyna pack KW at 18PSI. It uses a T70 Gear box and the Exedy 3 Puk Clutch ( for about 2 Year it has been in ) no problem at all.

Just recently had to purchase a New Clutch ( Exedy 'S Metal' Racing Clutch Kit Toyota 4AGE AE86 ) its a newer model from Exedy. boosts more pressure Clamp by 10% more than the previous.. and I'm running just 10 PSI ( 8 less )

Anyway - Ford Dealer Ship put it in ( The mechanic races AE86's Targa ) and it slips and I mean it really slips. Basically i ruined the clutch within a day! From in experience. Exedy would not replace it stating that there clutchs are not rated by HP. So I have had to purchase a second..

Is anyone using this new exedy clutch for the 4AGE? is it going well for you?

Not using the exedy as no need in my AE86 just yet but had similar experience with a sepc clutch for an SR20 - it required special beding in procedure to work or it would fail from the get go too. This was especialy anoying as the procedure asks for a min of 300miles of beding in which wasn't possible trackside after the ogura finaly died
