Above 170hp, the stock intakes are restrictions so you can win more. Under 170hp? Ehm..not much.
From what I've noticed, the best you can hope for is around 10% benefit from intake and exhaust tuning combined. So worst combo will give 170hp, best combo 187. Realistic estimate is around 6% with a wider torque curve (more hp over the entire curve). Real power comes from from the cams mostly . From what I've seen, FCRs are expensive relative to IRTBs for the 86..and fuelling will be better with EFI. So other then the coolness factor, you will not gain much. They are pretty cool though...too bad that coolness only helps on internet forums and not on track. A wheel to steer the front of the car A pedal to steer the rear |

Don't know about theory but my car, after intake/ecu/injectors change is much faster than stock.
Exhaust, head, cams are stock and "not even touched". Haven't dynoed it, but acceleration and top speed makes me assume i have 10-15 bhp just with intake and different map. |

Not likely, you would be the first in Europe/the west. Maybe some motocross mechanics can help you. They use them a lot.

You could have just mentioned this without the last remark, nothing good will come of arguing on the internet.
