Gaskets / plugs change with lsd oil change ?

I'm planning to change the oil in LSD.

I'd like to know if I have to change also the drain/fill plugs and their gaskets ?

As far as I know the oil should be 75w-80w 90 GL-5 with LS marking. So I was thinking of Valvoline Durablend Gear Oil GL-5 LS.

Do you have any other suggestions?

No need to replace the drain bolts unless your not happy with your current one. The oil you mentioned will probably do just fine.
You might want to look if you can get a fresh gasket for the drain bolt, I havent used a new one and havent had problems, but it probably wont cost much anyway.

What are the gaskets made of ? Copper, aluminium ?

Are they the same as for the engine oil drain plug?

Because I'd like to use the aftermarket (standard ones)...

To be honest I have no idea.. I could take a look this weekend when I get home, my dad is forcing me to clean out the basement anyway (or he'll start throwing perfectly good car parts away). My own rear axle is down there somewhere too.

Well, I'll at least see what type of the gasket is when I unscrew the plug ... I hope I'll find a copper replacment gasket, as I have also the copper gasket for the oil drain plug
