I am going to change today spark's and coolant need help

I decided to change the old sparks today because the car started to shaking. I read the old one's and there is on it Nippondenso PQ16R. In manual it is written somethink totally different. What sparks to buy denso, ngk that are written down in user guide? I tried to this time bosch and ngk. Bosch was shit, ngk was fine never tried denso except those old in this hachi.
Also i am going to replace coolant because its really dark blue. Any idea what coolant to use? I used valvoline blue antifreeze coolant but now i dont know what to choose. Also i want to clean the radiator. Is there somewhere written how to do that properly.
Maybe this themes are written somewhere else but i dont know where to find it right now

Sparkplugs are sparkplugs..it isn't that difficult an item to produce and the differences are minimal..It would do you a lot more good to just make sure you have exactly the right kind (from manual) and have the gap set according to specs (also manual).

Regarding coolant...almost anything will work. The best cooling substance out there is...........ordinary water. Add a dash of washing up liquid for the best effect. Anti-freeze you add so the thing doesn't freeze up on you during winter. Otherwise water is fine. If you don't plan on changing it often, just throw in a correct mix of antifreeze for your climate conditions (any kind is ok, instructions should be on the side of the bottle).
Cleaning the radiator is difficult..Just give it a good couple of flushes with a hoze and you should be fine. Otherwise there are some radiator flushes available for mucho bucks, but I suspect they do nothing for you.

And by the way: check you plugwires too..they might cause the same problem.

I use denso q20pru-11. They are already set at 1.1mm gap between electrodes.

I don't like to use ordinary water, I use the soft water (like rain, without stone - I don't know how it is called in English) with a mixture of antifreeze. The same water is used for ironing, etc.

Dreja i seen somethink about you buyed oem toyota spark plug wires by toyota are they expensive? and what are they good compares to TRD spark plug wires because i dont think there will be much great difference for the money they cost. Also have you pics of the new spark plug wires are they just like the original one's ?
I decidet for NGK spark plugs. i will use as coolant the red valvoline antifreeze and with destilated water. You need the coolant to prevent from corosion. I also buyed valvoline gear oil for LSD and transmission. I dont know exactly what is the change period for oil's in tranny and lsd but i think it's better sometimes to change it :wink: .

Why toyota coolant ? I think i would be going for toyota belts and filters but coolant ?

Just go to Toyota Dealer they all sell it over here. Toyota Red, "4 Life" its called. Best stuff you can buy.
