Is there anyway to LOCK the supercharger pulley on 4agZe ?

If I could lock the heart of the supercharger pulley I could still run the car normally.

I just started the car with any belts for a few seconds and the charger still makes that weird sound AND it spins with the engine allready (because of suction I suppose).
