KE70 - need your help!

Hey guys,

I am located in the Czech Republic and recently imported a very nice 1981 KE70 from Poland. I am having some serious problems with our local bureaucracy and I would like to ask any KE70 owners for help.

The problems is that I got the car from its first owner. Back then they didnt need that many technical specifications when registering the car. Unfortunately my local MOT is refusing to register the car untill I find out all the missing information (like max. axle load etc., full list below).

Now the thing is that I dont really need you guys to help me finding out all these specs. No matter what I tell the MOT people they wont believe. What I need is a proof. I know that Im asking for a lot but what would help me the most would be a photo of some KE70's technical registration (with things like name, adress etc. deleted of course) which I could show at MOT as a proof that my car is really a clean European model and not an "atyppical import" as theyre trying to force down my throat. Its very important to show the VIN number as well.

I will not be able to register my car unless I prove all these missing idiotic techincal details. What I need to show them specifically is the following:

Max. power (44 kW) is missing the specific RPM
Anything regarding gas emissions
Max. possible load for each axle (F/R)
Max. possible weight of connected carriage without brakes
Top speed
Outside noise generated by car (dB) in standstill (with RPM) and in motion.
Fuel consumption with measuring method used and at which speed
