Ah that explains a lot!
SR5 got 4.1, so 4.88/4.1 = 119!

19 -> 22 will solve it almost, you can do the rest with the tiresize.

I have 240 rear axle 1030 type bought for another car, good to see that it fits nicely !
Is it true that all Dana 35 CWP and LSD options will fork for it ?

Dana 30 if I'm not mistaken.. If it's a 1030 then the R&P will fit, if it's the later 1031 axle, then you can only use the diff cause it has beefier R&P gears.

If your looking into this, could you possibly find out what the difference is between the DANA diffs for different ratio R&P's? They have 2 models, one goes up to 3.6 or 4.0 ratio, and the other one for higher ratio's.

My volvo 360 has a 1031 style rear diff, so it would be interesting to know what to look for, and if there are differences that I should look out for.

So the question is about 2 models Dana 30 diffs - up to 4.0 ratio and over it ?
What is the difference, compatibility for CWP also ?

Yes, I'm sure my rear end is 1030, I bought it exactly for Dana max. compatibility in order to use cheap options from USA

I asked in local Jeep forum and the answer was:

So which one matches the volvo unit size-wise? I'm pretty sure volvo used one type of lsd for the whole range of r&p ratio's, at least they did on the 360's with 1031 diff (which should be the same as a 1030 but with beefier bearings on the pinion gear, and thus different r&p sets).

They are Jeep community and know nothing about Volvo, I suspect that I must measure/compare my Volvo 1030 diff with some Dana 30 from their offroad cars.
