Good source!
 Found this upon the specs: http://www.club-s12.org/faq/general/variations.html Means only some FJ20 did get an LSD, so basically: don't assume it's got one.

that might be a lot less expensive since the miata has good handling etc from the factory and will easily be upgraded with cheaper parts with good availability.
