Well, i dont think the tacho input on a 16V is different that a 20V... Its still a 4 cylinder, so the "amount" of pulses on every revolation is the same... But i couldt be wrong
![]() Are you planning to install a 20V? Ive seen a few Hachis with the 20V but still the original gauges.. Youtube Myspace and I´ll Google your Yahoo |

Cool car ! And in very very good condition :-)
I can find all these (if you remember - I have a donor AE86 GTS): AE86 front struts AE86 or similar fornt brake callipers AE86 or similar (celica? AE82?) clutch pedal and clutch master cylinder setup. AE86 4A-GE motor mounts PS: clutch master cylinder from AE82 is different than AE86 one, but will bolt-on. PPS: I cannot guarantee the quality of components like calipers and master cylinder - they can look good but instead needs rebuilding. |

@Mux, yeah I read something similar....Its looking more and more that there simply is no room in the KE-25 for the 20V dizzy assembly. Even a std 4a-ge comes all the way up to the firewall; So i guess I will be running megasquirt2 for fuel and sparc control (Of course with a couple of tweeks here and there..). That would mean that I should be able to run whatever I want, so I'll wait and see, maybe there are some nice tacho's to be found somewhere that look somewhat period (car doesn't have tacho at the moment..).
@Jamie: Ahh sounds good. Its always the smallest things that are the hardest to get hold off. I'm still sorting out what exactly works on the car and will contact you when I have my shopping list complete. It looks like the AE86 rear axle might be a bit overkill. I have heard people mentioning the axle being more than six inches longer...with ET-9 rims that becomes one hell of a bloody widebody. I'm picking up a TA22 celica axle and LSD just in case.' @the rest: thanks! edit: mo, its a 1.2 A wheel to steer the front of the car A pedal to steer the rear |

Nohachi,
I still have a set of front calipers here, not sure if they need to be rebuild or not. Senna has got a set of front struts from me that he used a joint from or something, if he still has em and isn't planing on using them you can ask him if you can have what remains (should be hubs, struts, shocks, springs). Since I got the coilovers I also have the set of apex front springs that were on my car. I also have a master brake thingy for you and altenator, I dont think I have a clutch thing, for you if I am not mistaken. I even have a gearbox but I gave the throwoutbearing to Kristian and it was full of water when I got it so it may be f*cked. I was planning to take it appart as a learning project. I did pay some money to get all these bits so I can't give you them for free but I got em cheap so if you want em I'm sure we can work something out. ![]() Greetz, Bastiaan "mux213" Olij Moved down under, no more hachi ![]() |
