Power steering noise
When cold my power steering seems to make a horrible whirring noise when steering to the right. Is this normal or is something up?

hmmmm...

Power steering noise
also make sure all thoe bolts on the steering rack are tight. A friend of mine managed to shake them loose on my power assisted volvo trackcar (probably a bit too much on the kerbstones) and it would make nasty noises when turning.
