Michel, Yes, it is available and in stock. We can ship international, no problem. We normally don't declare a high value on the paperwork, and it has worked pretty well for our overseas customers. If you buy 3-5 sets we can give you a better price on the kits. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
