Smallport, fwd, auto to rwd and carbs. Tell me how....please

So ive just bought a smallport redtop and it doesn't have a loom or ecu so i thought i might just go with weber carbs. It came with a flywheel so at least its one thing i dont have to worry about. I have pulled off all the inlet/outlet manifold stuff, water pipes engine mounts etc.
My car currently has a 3au and k-50 box, im going to use the k-50 for now to keep costs down and later i will change to t-50.
What i need to know is water lines, pump etc, how to hook up the gearbox (what mods need to be done) and anything else im missing.
