T50 rebuild kit

Does anybody know where can I find a complete rebuild kit ?

Google "Toyota T50 rebuild kit" and you will find all the information you need. A few american companies sell them as complete kits with gaskets etc.


I searched, but never actually ordered one, but I´d like to know how you go on

It was true few years ago, but since it's become pretty rare due to bearings who are extremely difficult to find

I have already done that search but I didn't come up with something. Max Misawa was selling complete kits as I saw in club4ag but not any more. If you know more inform us. Thanks

Toyota's stock of main input bearing has been depleted for a while now. Since this time there are no complete rebuilt kits available anymore. Feel free to start a production for these.

What´s so special about them?
Does anybody know the number that is stamped/lasered on these bearings?

I have a good contact to a bearing company, they usally get me every bearing, even weired ones.

Guys I am still looking for a complete kit. I 've contacted Max Misawa who used to have complete kits but not anymore...I 've also checked to skf with the bearings from the gearbox but they don't have this type anymore. Now I am waiting a reply from these companies:

1)http://allstategear.com some ae86 owners have bought the T51 kit from that company and also needed one synchro and one bearing (from Toyota dealer) to be complete

2)Timken.com This company until last year had complete kits fot the t50, now it seems they don't. I've asked if they can reproduce. It will be nice if more of us request reproduction so they will eventually do it.

I was able to get almost any thing from toyota NL...

but i only orderd the synchro rings, gasket-set, sychro hub key's and a speedo drive gear

as the bearings are very expensive @ toyota !
