I did like the bosozoku style better!
But this sound is a good substitute. 1983 - AE86 Sprinter Trueno - import project 2013 - Honda Civic sport - daily driver 2004 - AEU86 dot ORG - daily domain Support our forum, buy from the AEU86 shop: |

i'm very sure no one could live with the loudness like that for more then a month. It get's VERY boring not being able to speak on the motorways because of the noise

Hmmm, I sure did have some experience with that!
But that was mostly when driving with a loud exhaust and a whining diff and the open sunroof. 1983 - AE86 Sprinter Trueno - import project 2013 - Honda Civic sport - daily driver 2004 - AEU86 dot ORG - daily domain Support our forum, buy from the AEU86 shop: |

Hehe funny.
Just logged in to say ive sold my carina and bought a gx61, and hey hey, someone has been posting about one! Will put pics up when its finished. For now just has choppies, boso pipes, number plate "boso" 14x7 -3 offset and auto box. Nice going Rome. I actually dont believe it. My carina went to a good home in a new guise with stock 4age and full exhaust system. Keep it OG guys! |

We want pictures of the GX61 of course!!
And can also put them up as a feature on http://www.bosozokustyle.com... BTW: did you buy the car this way through import or did some NZ bloke made it a zokusha? 1983 - AE86 Sprinter Trueno - import project 2013 - Honda Civic sport - daily driver 2004 - AEU86 dot ORG - daily domain Support our forum, buy from the AEU86 shop: |

Yeah not much left to do till its drivable, have finally found a good way to run big brakes without widening front track: Not much room under 15" wheel though ahaha. Just gotta finish the other side, bleed the brakes and one or two other things and should be able to take it for a sneaky fang up the road. I think that it could also work having the nissan 4 pots bolting directly to the strut, and then discs on back of the hub. Keen to get a set to try that out, but this will do for now. 4 pots are a lot lighter than 2 pot MR2 calipers. |
