whiteline does them for the Celica's, could probably work on the Carina too. AE86 loweringsprings do fit at the front, if you have the "veerschotel" of an AE86 too.
The front struts are nearly the same as AE86 struts, exept for the mounting holes at the bottom (and in the case of Dennis' and my GT, they are bigger too, but your ST has smaller sized brakes) And since your Carina has the same rear axle as the AE86 i believe (6,7" T series rear end, right?) they MIGHT be the same too. The parts from all of which, are interchangable in terms of crossmember, mounts, etc etc etc.... Gives you a few more options to find the crossmember or whatever that you need, now that these cars are starting to get a bit harder to find bits for.
