The tie rods pictured just look like standard ae86 with a section machine down to produce the extra area for the rack to move. Powersteering ae86 tie rods are 5-10mm shorter depending on manufacture than non powersteering ones. 70 series are 15-20mm longer than this again.
heres is a pic but do check with your manufacture or No Hachi if its the case there.
