Hi all.
Someone could tell me why i've this spacer (blue-green part) at the starter ?

I ask that because i can't start my car. The small wheel of the start doesn't engage the flywheel. It always hit the front of the flywheel. Maybe this part is the problem.

it looks like a spacer but not original. not sure if somebody messed around with a different starter and needed it to make it work.

Looks like a 1g starter adapter...

Thanks. That's it.
Now my second problem is that the crownwheel of the starter hit the front of the flywheel each time i try to start. It doesn't engage the flywheel.
But when I start with start cables with another car that is running, the car start everytime.
Possible that is my battery ???

Possible yes, depending on the condition of the starter it might need a good cleaning to move freely again.

Seems that the voltage at the starter is a bit low. Check the battery
voltage after the car has been sitting overnight. If it is less than 12V
then the battery might be getting tired. If it is 12.5V or better, the
battery is good. Then you need to check/clean the battery terminal
connections, and earth strap connections from engine to chassis and
from chassis to battery.

Seriously just go down to your local store and buy what ever they have in mid price range and around 60amp (45minimum).
No need for a Braille unless you're taking part in very serious racing competitions or money is no issue because you earn/got more than plenty of it.
