Which engine/tranny mounts???
Does anyone have experience with different kinds of these mounts?
Mine are worn out so I need new ones.

Robokill tried the Cusco ones, they are alot stiffer than standard items, which is nice.
But there is also a drawback, they send massive vibrations through the car, I know this is inherent to stiffer materials but I want something in between the standard and Cusco ones.
Are the TRD mounts a solution perhaps?

Any info and experiences are welcom. Thumbs up!

Aram.

cusco lowers the engine and gearbox a little, which is good for your center of gravity. Stock mounts shoulc do fine, but if the car is used for track, then vibrations are not a big concern.

Very marginal though - side by side maybe 2/3 mm between them - cant see it making any difference?

havent seen the actual items myself.. it is a lot of weight so lower is always better. But I doubt you'd notice 2-3mm indeed.

The TRD mounts are the ones to get because stock or generic replacements costs just as much and are not as hard, durometer.
