The only thing worth bothering with is the engine. None of the interior/braking/suspension parts are worth adapting to fit. Converting a fwd to rwd isn't as simple as bolt it in and drive away though. The intake faces the firewall in RWD configuration, and the loom will be too short to reach some plugs. Also, the water hosing needs to be adapted as the original piping won't work. For a small port, you may also find that the fitting on the back of the head is too long, hits the firewall, so you'll need the fiting from a bigport engine as it's much flatter. Probably a few other things I've forgotten, but I've done this and it took a bit of stuffing around.
