Why does everybody think he needs to buy radiators in the states? The shipping costs are massive an you have to pay import tax and shipping takes a lot longer than inside the EU.

Same rad avaliabe from the uk over 150€ cheaper:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HONDA-S2000-19...1c2361b6c6

Money you can spend on proper fans, or a thermo switch,...

How is that? Thumbs up!

Ok, caught me on that. Banging head
Not that it matters for a 4AGE...

Even the Civic radiators for 90GBP with a good fan ensure plenty of cooling.

Im thinking forward, my projekt for next year is an F20C conversion Smile (and the AE86 cooler will go into my Wagon along with the blacktop)

Why not go to some local rallyshop or shop
For 60 € you get a double row radiator completely renewed for your old one here.

For what you want you could either run a normal AE86 alloy rad that sort of fits the genuine mounts, all you have to do is adapt the hoses. Not sure about the outlet diameter on the F20, but the normal Civic runs 30mm i.d. just like the AE86.

Other option, (the worse IMHO) is to buy the s2000 rad and try to adapt it into the AE86, new brackets and stuff, and I bet you´ll still neet custom hoses to suit the AE86 engine bay.

Cooling wise it does make no difference, at all. In fact I´ve seen 2,2l drag EP9 Civics with turbos running the normal very small alloy rad. All you need is a good fan, might cost 100€ for one but its money well spend.

With the Koyo on my Corolla 1,6 16v I wont need to run the fans under normal driving conditions, even under light drifting it hardly reaches the 100°C, if I switch on the fans it immediately cools it down to 85 deg.

The outlets for the 4AGE and the F20C are on the opposite sides of the radiator, and thus I dont want to use long (and ugly) hoses with the AE86 radiator when the F20C will be under the bonnet. The costs are the same for the AE86 and the S2000 rads, dimensionally they are almost the same and custom brackets are no problem for my fabricators Smile

With the OEM AE86 radiator for the blacktop, I had some light overheating when drifting on a slow, twisty track on a VERY hot summer day, even with a SPAL fan...nothing serious, just some bubbling in the reserve tank...
