Cheapest option would be to install another engine but you might
find the bores are not scored from the piston rings and you could
just fit a replacement piston into your engine.

To avoid this happening again check the ignition timing.
Did it backfire much before you noticed the lack of power
and excessive oil consumption ?

duno what you guys going about ^ but the problem was intake. i had some air lick so when the throttle closes air was not shut off straight away.

it backfired like this when the mapping wasn't correct. It was very funny for the first times, but it became real annoying after a few days, when you drive the car on public roads. and I think it was the thing which broke my header aswell..
