No problems,
Good loud sound when the SC is coming. Fitting is also good. I have only make a hole 4 the lamba sensor. I think, its handel the 170 Hp fine. And as you see, i have wrap the maninfold in glasfiber cloth. Do you pics from your car ? Unfortunatelly, 170 is in JIS japan metric system, so not excactly 170 PS... I use the factory intercooler, front mounted, you should go for the AIR-FILTER, plus i have closed the factory blow-off valve (opens at 0,8 bar), and use an HKS pulley. 2 alternators?? you meaning the 2 DLI Coils on top off the engine.
Yes I have a AE101 Japan version. I have 0.65 standard boost . i have a HKS pulley on stock , butt have fit the IC yesterday. The air intake must be modify to become fresh air oudsite the car. 4 now its just fine. I use the original fuelpump, and have no problems with the 0.65 boost. Pressure is 3.1 bar under boost. I need first a bigger supra ? pump before i use the HKS pulley. project is 4 the winter when the car is on stock Starlet p8 si turbo @ 1.0 bar grey 6,4 sec-> 100 Starlet P9 si turbo @ 1.2 bar black 5,8 sec-> 100 KTM 950 SE ->100 3,2 sec 105 Db xt660r ->100 4,5 sec BMW 1100 GS->100 4 sec |

I used the stock fuel pump and engine was running lean at 4.500 rpm and more. Now I use an Impreza fuel pump and mixture is reach all way.

your say that your engine is running lean on the stock pump.
With ore without the HKS pulley ? 3.1 bar fuelpressure seems me right ! That pressure i have til the rev limiters come's. Starlet p8 si turbo @ 1.0 bar grey 6,4 sec-> 100 Starlet P9 si turbo @ 1.2 bar black 5,8 sec-> 100 KTM 950 SE ->100 3,2 sec 105 Db xt660r ->100 4,5 sec BMW 1100 GS->100 4 sec |

Weet niet bij wie die weg kwam, al een 2 jaar geleden ofzo. Misschien dat ik een keer jou kant op reis met camera...
Is het geluid niet te hard geworden ivm supercharger? Op toymods waarschuwen ze aardig voor de 60mm doorsnee dat het geluid te hard wordt. |

Nee, hoor geluid is mooi.
net nog ff wat testen gedaan ivm brandstofdruk, ook met IC osteady op 3.1 . Het enigste wat ik hoor is de achteras, en dat is sinds ik de harde rubbers erin heb zitten. Ben ik blij dat ik geen zelf gedraaid nylon bussen erin gezet heb maar voorlopig kan je ook rijden met een bypass op de motor Starlet p8 si turbo @ 1.0 bar grey 6,4 sec-> 100 Starlet P9 si turbo @ 1.2 bar black 5,8 sec-> 100 KTM 950 SE ->100 3,2 sec 105 Db xt660r ->100 4,5 sec BMW 1100 GS->100 4 sec |
