nzae86's TRD ae86 N2 Race Car Project 2,
On second thought i might have missjudged it, because you dont have your mirrors bolted in yet, the border there is quite alright. Although the white stripe borders are not entirely alligned, it slightly widens towards the bottom.. but as i said, its unnoticable, whats more important is that the job looks very well done!

nzae86's TRD ae86 N2 Race Car Project 2,
Here's some photos of progress so far
As you can see the ride height is not correct yet as there is no motor or gearbox fitted .The paintwork has come up fantastic ,all the prep work is worthwhile . The wheels have fitted to what I wanted perfectly , the width ,offset and tyre widths and diameter are just right. Some of these things can be a bit hit and miss when all you have to go by is various bits of info from the internet and knowing what doesn't work from past experience . Time to have a day to relax and maybe do a bit more tomorrow. |
