problem over 6000rpm

hi everyone

i have a problem my 4age struggles to rev above 6000rpm

-changed the fuel pump and still have the same problem
-change plugs, the plugs cord have just a few months
-coil ignitor working ok and use nother one to check
-the engine timming is ok
-fuel pressure is ok
-have spark

need help please

If it runs fine below 6000 rpm and then just fades without popping or
banging, it is most likely timing. Either cam timing a tooth off, or ignition
timing not set to 10 deg BTDC with engine in diagnostic mode.

ok my tvis is broken

i have this valve broken and the tvis just open when he wants


anyone knows the part number icant find it on DIY

Yup... that will do it !!! If the TVIS closes at high rpm, it will choke your
intake just like you backed off the throttle. If you disconnect the vacuum
hose it should stay open all the time, and you can drive happy

yeah but the engine dont have power at lower revs if i do that

Only a small loss of power... and better than driving with the butterflys
closed. You should be fine until you get the valve replaced (or check the
wiring to see if it has got an intermittant short somewhere).
