suspension work - couple questions..

Hey there, my suspension work is almost complete im so happy. I have a few questions:

1.) How much do i need to tighten the front-stabiliser-to-arm prothane bushings? And how much the rear shock top mount?

2.) Than, I'm missing one sleeve on my steering knuckle. Where can i get it, and how much does it affect the ride? (borrowed pic)



3.) At the front strut top mount - do i need to put a washer over the bearing before i tighten it - and how much do i really need to tighten it?
