ECU - MAP or AFM version?
Can anyone tell me, if this ECU is a AFM or a MAP version? Or is it the same ECU for both versions?

Looked it up on the EPC and it was Euro spec ecu from late spec AE86, so that would make it MAP i guess

Your ECU is for ae86 from 8505 to 8704, EUG (europe general).
As my ae86 is afm and has 89661-12100 ecu (8502-8608, SDZ - swiss and sweden), I think your is MAP... |

My epc gives 2 results for the 2nd one :
1. 8308-8505 AE86 GT EUG (europe general) 2. 8402-8505 AE86 RHD (right hand drive) GEN (general countries) SINGAPURE package |

I agree, screen print from epc attached
Dreja, did you muddle the numbers on your first post ? only you said yours had the 12130 and was AFM ? Out of interest, i talked to Fensport a while back about ECU's, and they had tested all the different ones in a standard car and found no difference between them.

89661-12220 is also AFM by the way..just to make the list a bit more complete.
